    A teenager of 15 years old came for the pelvis US, previously treated with medication from the cysts of the ovary.

    At US in the right ovary anechogenic lesion with irregular shape type of cyst, with hyperechoic inclusions inside and area of increased echogenicity with an unclear border around (degenerating corpus luteum /corpus albicans? etc.?)
