Clinically suspected breast abscess

    Female infant with clinically suspected abscess. Visually it' s an area of redness in one breast with a dark dot in the middle.

    On ultrasound in this area a subcutaneous complex mass: wide hyperechoic area(oedema?) with anechoic component in the middle(pus?). Anechoic component with irregular border complex shape and increased bloodflow around.

    Unfortunately, this picture is not specific.
