Ordinary inguinal hernia

    Newborn with clinically suspected strangulated inguinal hernia, urgently aimed to ultrasound.

    At ultrasound in the groin area on the appropriate side there is a free movement of bowel loops in the inguinal canal back and forth, with no evidence of strangulation.
