  Post-traumatic infiltration
#1

Child with suspected injury of the anterior abdominal wall, next day after admission, abdomen ultrasound after admission nothing was revealed. Assigned a control ultrasound.

At ultrasound in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen behind the anterior abdominal wall is visualized oval shaped mass with heterogeneous structure looks like an infiltration, without blood flow at DPD(power doppler) - presumably infiltration consisting of omentum.
