    Child 8 years-old with complaints of subcutaneous lesion at the back of the neck from surgeon with a preliminary diagnosis of dermoid cyst to 4mm.

    At palpation the lesion is solid, movable, painless.

    At US there is a hyperechoic lesion, with an unclear border, marked acoustic shadow, blood flow at DPD, up to 13 mm (dif.diagnosis: atheroma/sebaceous cyst, cr, etc.?).

    Recommended consultation of the surgeon, oncologist.

    While the conversation with the patient and accompanying - earlier in this place was like a pimple and the pus goes out, according to the words of surgeon previously this patient was examined by another surgeon with diagnosis of a furuncle and description of the calcification in this area...
