Directed to the brain US and abdominal US for the free fluid with suspected failure of the shunt. On US brain ventricles is enlarged in the side area of the right lateral ventricle (LV) visualized curved anechoic structure communicating with the cavity of the right LV, up to approximately 4x20 mm (cyst?). In the posterior horn of the right LV visualized structure type like catheter (shunt?). In the upper left quadrant of the abdomen and hypogastrium visualized structure type like catheter.
