Uterine cervix hyperechogenicity

    Female teenager with complaints about profuse reddish genital discharge with an interval of 2 weeks previously addressed to ultrasound.

    At ultrasound at 20th day of menstrual cycle visualized hyperechoic cervical canal of the uterus with fluid collection(differential diagnosis: cervicitis, etc.).

    Inflammation process was suspected.

    Gynecological consultation recommended.
