    At US in the front surface of the upper third of the right femur visualized echogenic lesion with a hypoechoic rim, irregular shape, clear outline, at CFM with blood flow in the rim, size of 2,5x1cm, with a single intraluminal inclusion rounded to 2.5 mm in diameter (abscess?)
