A child 6 months old with tetralogy of Fallot in intensive care unit.
Appointed US with suspicion of the ICH.
In the subconvexital area there is a fluid - craniocortical width (CCW) 6-8mm (N< 6mm). In right side presumably subarachnoid hemorrhage (hypoechoic space with dual linear structures - vessels), in the left presumably subdural hemorrhage (mainly anechoic with hypoechoic area and vessels pressed to the hemisphere). RI in ACA 1.0 ( magistral type blood flow spectrum).
