A child of 5 years with complaints about lesion in the projection of the breast is directed to the ultrasound of the mammary glands (thelarche?).
On ultrasound in the left half of the chest in the projection of the intercostal space / muscle tissue visualized hypoechoic lesion of the oval shape with hyperechoic inclusions inside with an acoustic shadow (calcification?), approximately 12x6mm, at CFM / PD without blood flow, blood flow is near the lesion (parasitic? TBC? etc?).
