Insidious intussusception

    Child 5 y.o. with abdominal pain syndrom 1 day ago at sonography visualized subhepatic target sign(intestine intussusception) which after was distended by air under sciagraph control.

    Now child without distress, happy running thru the hospital hall, adressed to ultrasound just in case...but in the right iliac area visualized target sign with enlarged lymph nodes in center.
