  Gallbladder duplication & bright kidneys
#1

The child 15 years old came for the ultrasound of the abdomen, by the words of the accompanying at previous ultrasound there were reactive changes in the pancreas.

On ultrasound the pancreas is normal, the gallbladder looks like two parallel structures size of each about 7x1 cm (duplication?).

By the words of the accompanying person earlier after birth there was a surgical operation, he remembers it was something maybe with esophagus, he also remembered that the surgeon was talking about " double bubble" .

Visually, the child has a transverse postoperative scar on two thirds of the epigastrium.

According to the accompanying person there were no changes in the kidneys at previous ultrasound.

On ultrasound the kidneys with increased echogenicity(echogenicity of renal parenchyma higher than echogenicity of the liver) with a decrease in cortico-medullary differentiation, more on the right (nephritis?).
