The parents of the infant came to the emergency department of the Children's City Clinical Hospital with complaints of discharge from a pimple on the lateral surface of the child's neck, and after consulting the surgeon of the emergency department with suspected fistula, they were urgently referred for ultrasound soft tissue scan.
At ultrasound in the projection of the pimple subcutaneously visualized a hypoechoic lesion up to 1 cm in diameter, without blood flow at CFM (differential diagnosis: abscess, lateral neck cyst, etc.; unfortunately the cine-loop with CFM wasn't saved), from the lateral surface of which in the direction of the pimple on the skin there is a thin fistulous course.
