    A teenage patient turned to a local public clinic with complaints of persistent pain that appeared 2 days ago in the lower third of the abdomen with periodic attack of its intensification, in which the patient, by his words, began to scream. Tactilely, the patient's forehead is hot. Sent for an ultrasound after examination of a surgeon.

    On ultrasound, the liver with increased portal pattern, in the right iliac region, an extensive hyperechoic lesion with hypoechoic heterogeneous tubular inclusions up to 10-12 mm thick, on the CFM without increased blood flow. Some of the tubular structures are compressed.

    After ultrasound, the patient was urgently hospitalized with suspicion of appendicitis in one of the Children's City Clinical Hospital, where he was subsequently successfully underwent surgery.
