    A boy 10 years old with complaints of recurrent abdominal pain which undergo after defecation.

    On ultrasonography in the hypogastrium in the midline of the body above the bladder visualized mass up to 4 cm, with a clear rough contour, looks like a group of cysts (honeycomb pattern), without blood flow at CFM.
