  Pelvic kidney dystopia of abnormal shape		#1

    Newborn with prenatally diagnosed right kidney dystopia.

    At ultrasound kidney visualized posterior to the bladder, has an irregular shape looks like pancake ( same shape in the perpendicular views, ie short axis can not be found), is not connected with left kidney.
