By the words of the accompanying - changes in the spleen was confirmed by CT, was even offered the splenectomy also was performed bone marrow puncture - normal, lymph node oncologist decided to not puncture, also was identified Epstein-Barr virus.
On ultrasound spleen looks faintly heteroechoic, in axilla visualized heteroechoic oval-shaped lesion which richly supplied with blood on CFM (LN? other?)
