Child 2 years-old with no complaints at the present time came to the control ultrasound 1 month after conservative treatment (?), at previous ultrasound - patient came with complaints of constipation - visualized dilated terminal part of the colon with suspected Hirschsprung' s disease and mesadenitis. At present time US, dilated terminal segment of the colon is unchanged, but in almost all of abdomen there is a dilated bowel loops with fluid and no visible peristalsis. A little to the left from the center line of the abdomen in the mesogaster visualized 2 closely located target signs(intussusceptions) with blood flow at CFM. In longitudinal scanning intussusception provide a radiator sign. Recommended urgent surgical consultation - ileus, 2 intussusception. |
