At the current US in the top half of the kidney is visualized heteroechoic lesion size of 2 x 3 cm by type of complex cyst (calyx?) with the parietal hypoechoic component which is indistinguishable from the adjacent parts of the renal parenchyma, has an irregular contour, at CFM there is a blood flow around the lesion.
