Medullary Rings

    Two cases with the s-m of perimedullary ring / rim in one day or the law of paired cases.

    The first, girl of 17 years is observed with a diagnosis of glomerulonephritis.

    Second, boy 5 years old with a complicated anamnesis on constant severe drug therapy, at ultrasound is observed with nephritis presumably of medicinal origin.

    In both cases around the kidney pyramids are visualized hyperechoic rims, more pronounced in the second child.
