    A 42-year-old patient came for a control ultrasound of the kidneys, with a history of pyelonephritis.

    At anterior surface of the upper pole of the right kidney echogenic lesion upto 1x1x0.5 cm is visualized, on the CFM without blood flow (scar? hemangioma? other?).
