Perimedullary rings sign

The patient 24 years old came to the abdomen ultrasound.

On ultrasound in the kidney a symptom of the permedullary rings / rims (nephrocalcinosis?) is visualized.

Ps. According to the patient, previously salts were found in urine test.

Perimedullary rings sign - hyperechogenic " rings" in the periphery of renal medullary pyramids as a variant of white pyramid sign.
