Inguinal-scrotal hernia in infant

    An infant came to the Children's City Clinical Hospital with a suspicion of a unilateral inguinal-scrotal hernia.

    On ultrasound the scrotum with reverberation from intra-intestinal gas, only one testicle was visualized.
