#1

A 15-year-old adolescent girl was sent for a follow-up ultrasound of the kidneys due to the low location of one of the kidneys previously identified on ultrasound.

On ultrasound, both kidneys with nephroptosis, along the posterior wall of the bladder in the projection of the Lieutaud triangle, a polyp-like lesion is visualized on a wide base without reliable signs of blood flow on the CFM, up to 4x3x4 mm in size (differential diagnosis: polyp, etc.).
