    On ultrasound in the projection of the adrenal glands on both sides, hypoechoic lesions are visualized on the left up to 10 x 5 mm, on the right up to 14 x 8 mm, in the right lesion there are anechoic rounded inclusions (differential diagnosis: hemorrhage, etc.)
