Simple splenic cyst

    Newborn baby aimed to routine ultrasound screening after birth, at prenatal ultrasound at the maternity home revealed no pathology.

    At ultrasound in the spleen visualized a single anehogenic rounded lesion without blood flow at CFM, presumably simple cyst.
