The child 1 year old under medical control with a partial kidney cystic dysplasia about 9 mm wide which was found in the age of 1 month in the one of Moscow childrens hospitals.
At ultrasound with the convex probe in the appropriate area of the kidney is visible a fuzzy area with slightly increased echogenicity(?). If I did not knew what to look for - nothing would be found. At US with the linear transducer of 10 - 12MHz in the lower third of the kidney there is a rounded lesion which looks like a complex cyst, with cellular / cystic structure up to 16 mm wide, in CFM there is a blood flow around the lesion(teratoma? angiomyolipoma? etc.?).
