Pelvic dystopia of the hypoplastic kidney

    Child 1 year-old came to follow-up US with a diagnosis of pelvic dystopia of the left kidney, which was revealed at US at 1 month of life.

    At the current US right kidney looks vicariously enlarged (in comparison with liver - same size, about 6.5 cm long), left kidney, in comparison with prev. US at the age of 1 month, of constant size (approximately 3.5 cm long, hypoplasia) and right kidney grow up about 1.5 cm.
