Two in one

    Child 1 year old with complaints of breath shortness and anxiety, suspicion of intussusception and pneumonia.

    On US intussusception not found, left kidney enlarged with dilated collecting system: pelvis to 25mm, calyces to 17mm, with hypoechoic content (pus? pyelonephritis?). The ureters are not visualized.

    In the left half of the chest is rendered airless segment of the lung (pneumonia?) with the geographical map sign and about 2 ml of free fluid (hydro-/pyothorax).
