  Phantom bladder lesion
#1

A 21-year-old patient came to the abdomen ultrasound by the comprehensive examination program due to a rash of unclear genesis.

On ultrasound in the bladder in the projection of the Lieutaud triangle, an echogenic parietal lesion is visualized strictly between the ureteral openings.

Just in case, I asked the patient to turn on the side and the lesion disappeared, I asked to lie back on back and did not see the lesion either (urinary sediment - simulating lesion).
