    Newborn with tetralogy of Fallot diagnosed postnatally.

    Visually child with marble-cyanotic skin. At echocardiography revealed 3 components of Fallot tetralogy: aorta dextroposition, perimembranous interventricular septum defect(IVSD), pulmonary artery(PA) stenosis. 4th component - right ventricle(RV) wall(RVW) hypertrophy not yet develop.

    Same child after surgery, under supervision at the cardiocenter - from the last discharge, the end of last year: ligation of the previously imposed Blalock's anastomosis, radical correction of the CHD with with plastic surgery of LVOT, LA, suturing of PFO.

    He came to me because of the long queue for EchoCG at the cardiocenter.

    On echo: retrograde flow (Blalock?) in the area of LA bifurcation; in the area of LVOT there is a flow type of IVSD/AR; TR 40% of Sra, PAPtr 19 mm Hg, PGpa/rv 25 mm Hg, ATpa = 94 msec, EFs = 63%, Qp/Qs = 3: 1, RV wall up to 6 mm.
