Anuria. Acute renal failure

    Infant with anuria in the urgent therapy unit on the hemodialysis, assigned urgent renal sonography.

    At US, kidney has normal size and structure, with blood flow on CFM, but in the spectral doppler mode (PW) in both kidneys is determined the magistral arterial blood flow type(like in the aorta) with short negative diastolic phase, RI = 1,2-1,3.
