Midgut malrotation with volvulus

    Newborn with vomiting was addressed to ultrasound.

    At sonography near pancreas was visualized spiral mass with spiral vessels on CFM also called as whirlpool sign. This sign with high specificity represent the congenital intestine obstruction condition named as midgut malrotation with volvulus.
