Child 3 years old with clinically suspected appendicitis. Assigned ultrasound.
At ultrasound in the right iliac area visualized " target sign" (attachments 1 and 2), presumably intestinal intussusception, near placed large amount of enlarged lymph nodes (presumably mesenteric adenitis, attachments 3 and 4), in the left iliac area dilated intestinal loops(attachments 5).
