Hydrocele (dropsy of the scrotum) in a child

    A child complaining of a scrotum enlargement was referred by the surgeon for an scrotum ultrasound scan in the clinic. On ultrasound, the inguinal canal and scrotum with anechoic contents (dropsy) are visible.
