Newborn with a clinical diagnosis of hydrocele is aimed at ultrasound of the scrotum.
Visually, both hemiscrotums are symmetrically enlarged.
At ultrasound of the scrotum visualized large amounts of fluid, which extends on both sides into the inguinal canal and then into the abdominal cavity like cystic protrusion. Both testicles are at the level just below the internal inguinal ring.
